Abu Dhabi Ports names Douglas as CEO to develop Khalifa port

Tony Douglas, former chief operating officer of UK construction company Laing O’Rourke Plc., will join Abu Dhabi Ports Co. as chief executive officer.

Douglas will oversee the development of Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone, a development of over 400 square kilometers that will start operations in 2012, Abu Dhabi Ports said in an e-mailed statement today.
