Arif Mubarak named Group COO of Dubai Properties Group

Dubai Properties Group, one of the largest real estate businesses in the region and a member of Dubai Holding, today announced the appointment of Arif Mubarak as its Group Chief Operating Officer. In his new role Mubarak will oversee the group's day to day operations leading corporate functions across many areas such as Human Capital, Asset Management, Business Excellence, Procurement, Health and Safety, IT, Policy Development and Administration departments.

Mubarak had previously served as the Group Chief Real Estate Officer overseeing the group's development arm and is a veteran of Dubai Holding with over 11 years of experience across a broad range of business and strategic disciplines.Khalid Al Malik, Group Chief Executive Officer, Dubai Properties Group said, "I am confident Arif Mubarak will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business.
