Banque Saudi Fransi names Omair as new chairman

Banque Saudi Fransi has appointed Saleh Abdulaziz al-Omair as chairman of its board starting from April 2, the bank said in a statement on Monday.

"In a meeting on March 27, Saleh Abdulaziz al-Omair was chosen as chairman of the board starting from April 2," the statement to the Saudi bourse said. The bank's previous chairman, Ibrahim Al-Touq, resigned earlier this month due to health and family reasons.
