Citi hires Emmanuel as managing director for Asia FIG

Citigroup Inc has hired Jeff Emmanuel from UBS AG as managing director of its Asia-Pacific financial institutions group (FIG), Citigroup said in a statement on Monday.

Emmanuel will be responsible for Citi's FIG businesses in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and will report to Chris Knoblanche and Tony Osmond, respective heads of ANZ global banking and investment banking, and Simon Yoo and Jing Zhao, heads of FIG Asia-Pacific.
