Citigroup on Wednesday said it appointed Atiq ur Rehman, who already spent 26 years with the bank, as new chief executive for its Middle Eastern franchise.
Rehman joined Citi's United Arab Emirates office in 2008 to expand the bank's capital markets presence in the region.
