Citigroup starts $100m fund to invest in New York housing

Citigroup Inc and L&M Development Partners are creating a $100m fund to invest in affordable housing in New York City, Citigroup said in an e- mailed statement. The fund will invest in properties at risk of becoming unaffordable to low- and moderate-income households, according to the statement.
