Following the success of Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Chesterton will be showcasing its portfolio of exclusive residential properties and developments at this year's Cityscape Dubai on 5-8 October 2009, held at the Dubai International Conference and Exhibition Centre.
Chesterton will present a selection of prime residential UAE and London homes. The London portfolio will include luxury properties from St George plc, including a range of prime apartments within Aquarius House at St George Wharf and Battersea Reach Tower.
Alongside the St George developments, Chesterton will display its collection of freehold properties for buy-to-let investments in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. Salah Mussa, Chairman, Chesterton International LLC commented "Those looking to purchase should also take note of the current confidence from the banks in nearly completed properties, which we will be displaying at Cityscape Dubai."
"With the Dubai property market and wider economy set to grow at a rate of four to 6 per cent per year until 2015, the number of key master plan projects on schedule to open or complete in the UAE this year are also set to rise. Such reports have fuelled the current confidence in the UAE property market, and as the UK is reporting similar positive developments both markets provide enticing investment opportunities for owner occupier and investor buyers," added Brendan Coakley, Managing Director, Chesterton International LLC.
"At Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2009 Chesterton showcased £750 million worth of property from across the world and featured the opening of our new head office in Abu Dhabi. This office complements the Chesterton network of 65 offices across the UK, EU, Asia and Australasia."
In its eighth edition, Cityscape Dubai 2009 will bring together industry professionals including property developers, investors, government and property development authorities, architects and consultants from over 130 countries.
