Coffee bean stockpiles up 2.9pct in Japan warehouses

Coffee bean stockpiles at warehouses in Japan rose 2.9 per cent in February from a month earlier, increasing for a second month, according to data from the All Japan Coffee Association. Inventories were 114,918 metric tonnes compared with 111,715 tonnes in January, the association said in an e-mail.
