Dubai Holding names Al Dabbal as Chairman of new unit

Dubai Holding LLC, a diversified group owned by Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, appointed Hashim Al Dabbal as executive chairman of its newly created Property Vertical.

In addition, Khalid Al Malik, the former chief executive officer of Tatweer LLC, was named as group CEO of Property Vertical, Dubai Holding said in an e-mailed statement. “This appointment will enable us to drive the necessary realignment of our property business to ensure the long term growth and profitability of the group,” Ahmad Bin Byat, CEO of Dubai Holding, said in the e-mailed statement.
