The average yield on Egyptian 182-day treasury bills fell a frhaction to 9.936 per cent at an auction on Sunday from 9.967 per cent at auction last week. The central bank accepted bids worth 3bn Egyptian pounds ($548m), the same amount it was seeking. It accepted bids at rates between 9.8 and 10.025 per cent compared to a range of 9.8 to 10.09 per cent at the previous auction. The bills are for issue on March 16 and mature on September 14, 2010.
