Egyptian textiles company Arab Cotton Ginning posted net profit of 18.5m Egyptian pounds ($3.37m) for July-December 2009, the stock exchange said on Sunday. The firm posted net profit of 17.3m for the same period a year earlier. The stock exchange statement did not provide further details. Shares in the firm were trading 2.1 per cent higher at 4.96 pounds by 0906 GMT.
