Emirates Telecommunications Corp (Etisalat) will pay a dividend of 25 fils ($0.068) a share for the first half, the firm said in a statement on Monday.
Etisalat said on Saturday it made a second-quarter net profit of Dh2.41 billion ($656.1 million), down 19 per cent from a year earlier but beating forecasts.
The dividend was approved by the board, Etisalat said in a regulatory filing on the bourse website.
