Fujairah Culture and Media Authority launches Zayed Radio for Holy Quran

A new radio station for Holy Quran has been launched here in Fujairah. The Fujairah Culture and Media Authority (FCMA) launched the "Zayed Radio for Holy Quran" yesterday to coincide with the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.

According to FCMA chairman, Sheikh Rashid bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sharqi, the new radio station, which was in line with the directives of Supreme Council member and Ruler of Fujairah, H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sharqi, seeks to disseminate a balanced information message based on objectivity and useful information from the Holy Quran and the tradition of Prophet Mohammed (P.B.U.H), adding that it aims at spreading the values of virtues, love and tolerance among people and to educate them about religious issues.
