Health Minister Dr Hanif Hassan inspected today two field support units of Dubai Centre of Ambulance Services.
The two ambulances provide first aid to injured persons on the scene of accidents before taking them to hospitals for further treatment.
Khalifa Hassan Aldrai, Executive Director Center of Ambulance Services, briefed the minister on the facilities and equipment of the two ambulances The minister also inspected the 4WD ambulances dedicated for reaching out to distressed persons in rough terrains and the quick intervention motorbike unit for delivering medical assistance on narrow alleys and crowded areas.
The minister said he was satisfied with advanced level of ambulatory services provided by the centre.
