Honda: Japan output to return to normal by year-end

Honda Motor Co said on Monday that its production in Japan would return to normal levels within this year, adding that its domestic output until the end of June would be at 50 per cent of its original plans. Toyota Motor Corp on Friday also said it could take until the end of the year before production has fully recovered to levels before a massive earthquake and tsunami on March 11 devastated Japan's northeast, disrupting the supply of key parts.
