Iraq has purchased 300,000 tonnes of US and Australian wheat on a tender issued two weeks ago, Iraq's grain board director said on Monday. "The tender has been finalised," grain board director Hassan Ibrahim said. The tender called for a minimum 100,000 tonnes of wheat, with a bidding deadline of April 23. Offers were to have been valid until April 28.
