JX Nippon Oil and Energy Corp, Japan's top refiner, said on Monday that it expects to resume refining operations at its quake-hit Kashima refinery by the end of June. Last month, the company had said it aimed to restore production at its Kashima refinery, north of Tokyo, by the summer. The company also said it expects to resume product shipments from the quake-hit Sendai refinery in northeastern Japan from around early May.
