Lebanon's economy is expected to grow by 7-8 per cent this year while inflation remains stable as capital keeps pouring into the Arab country, central bank governor Riad Salameh said on Thursday. The Lebanese economy grew by 9 per cent last year as the country shrugged off the effects of the global financial crisis and expatriates kept sending back money. Inflation is expected to remain at 4-5 per cent this year, Salameh said.
