MBRHE commences allocation of grant houses to UAE nationals

The Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Housing Establishment (MBRHE) will commence Sunday distribution of 187 grant houses of Oud Al Matina Residential Project to UAE nationals in line with the directives of Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The MBRHE notified the beneficiaries through the SMS messages to come to the MBRHE office with the documents to finalise the ownership procedures.

Jassim Mohammed Hussein, director of the department of operations and registration at the MBRHE, said the, MBRHE has completed all the arrangements to allocate the grant houses so that a beneficiary has a wide range of choice among available villas.
