Nissan to set May output level higher than planned

Nissan Motor Co May production will be set at a higher level than previously planned to recover output from delays in April, the automaker said in an e-mailed statement today. April production is “slightly above” 40 per cent of the actual production volume in the month a year ago, according to the statement.
