RBS plans to sell two-year floating-rate notes in euros

Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc plans to sell two-year floating-rate notes in euros that may pay 145 to 150 basis points more than Euribor, according to three people familiar with the transaction. RBS is managing the deal, the people said.
