Sanofi to return Influenza vaccine commercial rights to Crucell

Sanofi Aventis SA will return commercial rights to the FluCell influenza vaccine to Crucell NV, the Dutch company said in a statement on Hugin.

Crucell will waive its existing right to exit an agreement with Sanofi’s Shantha Biotechnics to develop paediatric medecines, the statement said.
