Shuaa appoints Nasreen Bulos as general counsel

Financial services institution Shuaa Capital has appointed Nasreen Bulos as general counsel, replacing Gary Feulner who retired after nearly 20 years of service with the company. Bulos started in her new role in January 2010 and reports directly to Sameer Al Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of Shuaa Capital.

Bulos brings with her over 10 years of experience in areas such as structured finance, banking, derivatives, investment funds and M&A transactions. Prior to Shuaa Capital, she was legal counsel at Mars Incorporated and Dubai International Capital and was in private practice for five years at international law firm Allen & Overy. She is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is admitted as an attorney to the New York State Bar Association.
