Telefonica O2 Czech names Malvido chairman and chief executive

Telefonica O2 Czech AS named Luis Antonio Malvido chairman and chief executive officer. Malvido, 45, will replace Salvador Anglada and will have responsibility for the company’s Slovak operations. Anglada will become Director of Commercial Alliances on February 1 at Telefonica’s parent company.
