Tribune seeks more time to submit reorganisation plan

Tribune Co filed a motion seeking an additional four months to submit its reorganisation plan to bankruptcy court, according to a memo sent to employees today. The Chicago-based publisher asked for an extension to March 31, according to the memo co-written by Chief Administration Officer Gerald Spector and Chief Operating Officer Randy Michaels.
