WAM, Xinhua discuss media cooperation

Emirates News Agency (WAM) and China's Xinhua News Agency have stressed the need to further cooperate on exchanging news, photographs and TV news delivered to their subscribers worldwide. This came during a meeting held yesterday at WAM offices between Ibrahim Al Abed, Secretary General of the National Media Council '&' Director General of WAM and N Jiang, the newly appointed Manager of Xinhua's offices in Abu Dhabi. Jiang emphasised the importance of enhancing media cooperation, particularly in the news flow and training.
